Wishlist: Prom Dress Candidate Nº1

Prom date is not the main thing that I need to worry. What really makes me worry about prom nite is the prom dress itself. I am planning to make a prom dress because I want to have a dress that will fit me perfectly since my body type is petite (and because I cannot afford those pricey beautiful dresses that I want). I have been looking around the internet to find some inspiration for the dress lately and I found a few that I like. This Lanvin dress is one of the inspiration candidate. The delicate color and its sheerness are really suit me. The dress is soft and subtle since it is made with 100% silk. It also fitted at the bust and the waist but loose at the hip, which is my signature kind of dress that always flatter my body type.

Besides the dress itself, shoes and accessories are also important to achieve my ideal look. I found a pair of Pierre Hardy's canvas and leather sandals on net-a-porter. I probably will not wear a pair of stilettos because I want it to be comfortable when I walk from table to table to have a chat with friends. The colors of the shoes is also the main reason why I like it. It will suits the color of the dress. Well, for the accessories, a pair of Emilio Pucci's Crystal-embellished branch earrings are to die for. Look at it, I do not have to explain why.
